RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you or your customer receives an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement. 

3-DAY RETURN POLICY (FROM DATE OF RECEIPT)

Our online platform offers our full range of product and we will endeavor to provide the same high level of delivery service and customer support as always, along with our free & easy returns/ exchange policy. 

We offer refund/ exchange within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange.

  • The purchase item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have original packaging.
  • If the item that your purchased on a sale, the the item may note be eligible for a return/ exchange.
  • Return will be processed within 7 to 14 days.

TWO WAYS TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.

Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. 

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
  • Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request.
  • Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact
  • Panties, lingerie sets that include a panty, Pantyhose , Tights are final sale and not eligible for return

If approved, we will refund the amount in your registered bank account with 7-14 days
